Our talented coach Chloe has put together another video with plenty of ideas on how to improve handstands and levers and lifts to handstand at home. Thanks to our squad gymnasts for doing the demos.

There are plenty of options to make exercises easier or harder so try and pick the ones that suit your level. See if you can build up to be able to hold your levers for 10-20 seconds and your handstands for 30-60 seconds.

We can’t wait to see if anyone can get their elephant lifts to handstands!
